Whole30 Community - January 2019
Whole30 is not another diet plan. It's a reset that gives your system a break and allows you to figure out what foods are having a negative impact on your overall health. For 30 days you remove inflammatory food groups like dairy, sugar, legumes, and grains and after 30 days you slowly reintroduce them back in to see what works for your system and what doesn't. You may not know what causes the energy depletion or chronic pain that you are currently experiencing and it could have everything to do with the foods you are eating. Within 3o days your life could change simply by doing this program.
Whole30 can be overwhelming and intimidating if you go it alone. It is easy to give up and break the promise to yourself. This group of like minded people will keep you charging forward towards your goal. We will hold you accountable and challenge you to keep that commitment to yourself. We will do this by providing you the tools to succeed!

We get it, you live in the same house and will be eating the same meals!
